Dr. McNally has maintained a generalist approach throughout her 14-year career, working with various populations across the age range. Although she has years of therapeutic experience (individual, family, group, and rehabilitative), she has chosen to specialize in the areas of psychological and neuropsychological evaluation, to better achieve diagnostic clarity and to assure optimal treatment outcomes. Earlier in her career, she worked as a research associate, investigating child development and family life, and also implementing an experimental intervention to promote naval recruits’ success during basic training.
Dr. McNally practices with great care and enthusiasm, ensuring that she continues to refine her skills, staying atop empirically-based findings to ensure optimal treatment recommendations. She has worked in both, inpatient and outpatient settings providing services in the areas of mental health, rehabilitation, forensics, addiction, veteran care, and psychiatry. Dr. McNally worked in Ireland for ten years, practicing as a school psychologist for the national educational system, and as a licensed psychologist for the national public health system and in private practice. Dr. McNally is passionate about evaluating individuals who suffer from traumatic brain injury, neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), and evaluating some who have acquired a disability, requiring rehabilitation and/or accommodations. Overall, Dr. McNally tirelessly strives to support individuals’ adaptive functioning to promote flourishing.

Dr. McNally obtained her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Chicago, Illinois followed by a pre-doctoral internship through Regional Mental Health Center, Merrillville, Indiana. She additionally completed a two-year Postdoctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology through Texas Neuropsychology Group, Dallas, Texas before joining this practice.
